Toronto was freezing today~ even colder then yesterday, my legs were shaking, my fingers were trembling and my teeth were chattering, so I warmed up with this hot drink. I've actually posted as a quick tweet before but I figured, I would make an "official" post on this simple recipe with pics & all~
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pkg Carnation Hot Chocolate
- 1 pkg Maxim Gold Label 3-in-1 coffee (korean)
- 1 mug
- milk
- hot water
- mini marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Pour half the package of hot chocolate powder into the mug
2. Add one package of Maxim 3-in-1 coffee mix
3. Fill the mug half way with milk
4. Fill the rest of the mug with hot water, leaving 1/2" from the brim
5. Mix well
6. Add the mini marshmallows
7. Pop in the mug in the microwave for 15-20 seconds
(remember to watch it, marshmallows expand in heat and it might spill over)
8. ENJOY!!!
*random note... this is my favorite mug, not sure why... perhaps of the shape/ weight
