I've been asked a couple time on how to do these nails, so I've finally done a tutorial for them =] It's in video form =] no more slideshow nail tutorials!!! YAY~~~
Because this is a design I've shown a couple times, I've added a slight variation this time in the background color. With a dark background the design looks like a starry night, but with a clear background it has a slight sailor moon feel IMO. =]
